Risk-awareness in multi-level building evacuation with smoke: Burj Khalifa case study

چکیده
We study a risk-aware multi-level evacuation control problem considering smoke propagation. propose continuous-time Markov-chain-based modeling for both population motion and propagation while spatial/physical constraints such as walls and/or obstacles. Besides, we formally present some properties of the model. To do so, design, in semi explicit way, mean-field-risk-aware that reduces time avoiding crowd smoke. Finally, numerical examples single-level buildings. The building is Burj Khalifa, tallest world with 164 floors.
